Edit: okay so on the app the actress in the first video did give credit to the guy who made the original, that just didn't translate when it was posted here.

1.China Anne McClain did not stolen contents from anyone. She credited Ivan who made original skit and it’s literally TikTok culture that people recreate skits all over again.
TikTok doesn’t let you download videos with caption and when I noticed some of y’all are confused I added disclaimer that she credited op but y’all keep reposting from anywhere else than my original post that’s why I deleted original post.
