Check out a gorgeous new poster for Hou Hsiao-hsien’s The Assassin, the much awaited and acclaimed drama that won its helmer the Best Director prize at the last Cannes Film Festival, and that will represent Taiwan at the next Academy Awards. The cast is led by Chang Chen and Shu Qi, and the movie will open with a limited release on October 16th. Read below the official synopsis.
