Last night was the launch of Sovereign Hill’s Christmas in July Winter Wonderlights, which will run until the 24th of July. Bright colourful lights, faux snow, and lots of Christmas cheer will surely warm you up this cold winter season.

This is our most recent contribution to High Life, a monthly magazine published by BusinessWorld in the Philippines. 

Last May, we were flown to Sydney to cover Vivid Sydney, an annual festival of light, art and music that welcomes Australian winter with a bang. Shortly after that, the unpredictable Aurora Australis started appearing all over the southeast coast of Australia (within driving distance from where we were living). Given that seeing Aurora has been a lifelong dream of ours, we monitored and chased the elusive beauty, climbing mountains and trekking coasts, battling unfriendly winter conditions.

Webb Bridge, Docklands
