( ♡ ) // she hasn’t even looked up at him once. partly because she’s too embarrassed, and partly because she’s too busy surveying the damages to her own body. nothing but a few scratches, some lined up her arm and one on her left palm. minimal bleeding. phew. except, not really. the results of her clumsiness, as usual, only hurt the other person involved. that figures. “this is just like me, i’m really sorry again...” she speaks up after moments of silence, realizes now how weird it all must have been bumping into some masked and hooded stranger and having her not say much in the aftermath. usually, she doesn’t shut up. clearly, now isn’t the time to be silent.
worried eyes trail up once again to the young man ahead of her, and the sight of blood has her frowning. “ahh, but you’re bleeding! that’s not ‘fine...’ i think i have some bandages in my bag--” and with that she springs into action, quickly pulling her bag down her arm and beginning her search. in seconds she’s pulling out a bottle of water, napkins, and a pack of bandages. the fun of being a lady was that you could carry all of those things in an oversized purse, after all. you never knew when they would come in handy.
she’s moving closer, slowly, of course, so as not to startle him. “um-- i don’t know if you would want me to do this, so... does it hurt a lot?” she asks, eyebrows furrowing again as she examines the cut on his leg. finally, her eyes trail up to his face. what a familiar face. “ah, a celebrity!” ironic, coming from her of all people. “i hope there won’t be any lawsuits involved... jakob, right? from youtube?”
