Backstory: worked as a Carny with Punch-Up before shit went down. He drowned by being pushed into a pond by who he thought was his friend, and then that same weird ass sorceress Punch-Up got shorted by brought him back as a fish-man!…and crime ensued. They’re new to SDN too, so..
