Hello! This is a blog made for confessions about/related to the music artist Chonny Jash.

There's currently only one moderator for the blog. I use he/him pronouns, and have been in the fandom for a few years now. Some people occasionally help me with moderating too, but it's mostly just me.

We have some rules for this blog as well, just to keep it calm here. I'll add, edit, and remove these rules as needed. (Below the cut.) Sign offs are also below the cut.

1. No NSFW.

- Some of Chonny Jash's lyrics and posts are explicit, and those are fine to mention so long as you don't go past that.

2. Nothing personal related to Chonny himself.

- Things like doxxing, saying weird things about him, things that could lead to harassment, etc, aren't allowed. You're also not allowed to do this with anyone else.

3. No specific hate, no drama.

- This blog bans drama entirely and is against drama. We also have a ban on attacking specific anons. Civil discussions are fine, but full blown arguments and attacks are not.

- Attacking fan spaces (Including CJFS) isn't allowed. You're allowed to critique these spaces, but attacking certain people or the spaces as a whole is not.

- Negatively naming specific people will have your ask deleted.

4. No venting.

- This is not a vent blog. I cannot help you. If you need help, talk to someone close or find a different blog that allows venting.

5. No bigotry.

- I assumed this was a given, but I should probably add it anyways. Things like racism, queerphobia, ableism, and so on are all banned from this blog.

6. No AI.

- Another likely obvious one, AI isn't allowed here. Discussing the negatives are fine, but praising it or outright posting it is not.

Jashshipping is allowed, but it will be properly tagged for those uninterested. Posting NSFW or abuse will be deleted.

I may also not post an ask for any reason. Please respect that.

As The Third Finger Closes is such an interesting song to me because it says it's a demo, but that feels like more of a stylistic choice. Like, the song itself is just singing and a piano track, but that aids the tone of it so well. And the whole "if I finish this song it's too late" thumbnail on YT....

That all combined with it not being a bonus on PDP makes it feel like a track that can and does stand on its own, but will always be unfinished.

I always liked the idea of a purely emotional piece being stylized as unfinished or under construction. It sorta makes it feel more raw imo

first cccc song i came across was the mind electric cover (fire as fuck btw) and bc of how mind was shown as just his lower face on the black background and w the glitch effects and stuff throwing me off i kind of just presumed he was bald

The smallest part of me is annoyed with the usage of eclipse as the Heart and Mind ship name because it means any time you want to use the sun and moon symbolism and eclipses, it just might get taken the wrong way.

Also and speaking of, people, especially on Twitter, need to use those tags for shipping. I've filtered out those ship titles or what not as much as possible but I continue to get the posts because I like the Chonny Jash tag. Both here and on twit. Tag your shit please

genuinely being a jasher changed my life. I was gonna go into games development for a while, and then I got into CCCC and that pretty much convinced me to pursue music tech and then sound production. I'm now halfway through my course now and planning on posting my own music at some point this year, n I couldn't be more hyped.

Moving Forward

TL;DR: Drama asks are banned, rules have been edited.

Hello everyone. I wanted to make a big update post about this as it felt important.

I want to say first off that this blog isn't going away. I've stated this previously, but to reiterate, this blog won't be taken down unless Tumblr does it or Chonny Jash himself asks me to. I do think a blog where people can post things anonymously (with rules) is okay.

However, this isn't the blog I originally hoped it would be. It's become drama filled and that was never my original intent. I always just wanted this blog to be purely opinions and a stress free zone about Chonny's music and characters (and occasionally the fandom, unrelated to drama).

I've never been a huge drama person. As I got older, and even just while owning this blog, I cared less and less about it. I allowed drama asks when I first made the blog because I assumed they would be infrequent and not very heavy. But as the blog grew bigger, more drama confessions were made. I was younger at the time and struggled to understand other people, and I'm not very active in the fandom to begin with so I didn't know who many people being discussed were and I accepted the confessions without much thought. But, I have gotten older and seen how much it can affect people.

So, with much consideration (and with the help of you all!), drama confessions are now fully banned. Please move your drama talk elsewhere. It's never what I wanted to begin with and I wasn't enjoying all the drama confessions as they kept happening. I'm sure there are other blogs somewhere that do allow drama, but like I said earlier I'm not active enough in the fandom to know.

On a relevant note, the rules have been adjusted again. In case you don't want to go looking, these are the rules that have changed:

2 (Initially a jashshipping clarification) - Removed entirely. This blog was made during a time when jashshipping (mostly only meant to mean shipping between HMSW) was much more looked down upon so the mention was needed then, but nowadays it's not really needed since the majority of people just don't care anymore. You still cannot post anything else that goes against other rules (ex making it sexual) though, and abuse between romantic jashling relationships won't be tolerated. (Abuse in romantic relationships does need to be talked about, but Chonny Jash characters isn't the place for it.)

4 (Now 3 - Drama rule) - Edited to mention drama isn't allowed. Mentioning people by name negatively also will not be allowed anymore. CJFS drama won't be allowed either. (Negative mentions of the server are fine, but attacking specific members, staff, or just the server as a whole will have me delete your ask.)

6 (New rule) - New rule added to clarify AI wasn't allowed. I figured that was likely obvious but still a preemptive measure just in case.

As well as other rules just having some wording changed to better clarify what the rule is, but no specific meaning changes.

I might make a better rules clarification post sometime as well, just so everyone is on the same page.

If anyone has any issues with the new rules, please inform me. I'll see what does and does not work here.

I've been reworking the rules during my downtime. Drama will be banned. I've planned that for a while now, since as I have mentioned in the past, I never planned for much drama here to begin with and I don't like drama myself anyway. I'm also not active in the community so I don't really know any of the names mentioned in the asks either.

I'm viscerally scared of this fandom. I've stopped posting because I am Scared of all of you and I'm terrified everyone has me blocked. Every time I post, I'm scared that everyone secretly wants me dead. It's not the fandom's fault, but that of particular circumstances that just so happened to take place here.

Basically: I'm horrified that the entire fandom loathes me.

I found This Sisyphean Nightmare kind of boring

It's not bad, it was just slow for me, I think? And too samey? I skipped it halfway into my first listen when I listened to all of Patchwork Doorstop Paranoia because I got bored

Obviously my word isn't law and again, I didn't find it bad. Just really couldn't get into it. I seriously applaud anyone who has watched the full YouTube video, I will never be you LOL
