Dubious Deeds and Empty Pockets [Shinon / Say'ri]
In a word,the princess was lost.Â
She had no idea what village this was but it certainly was lively. No matter who Sayâri asked, she merely became more confused where she was. Her face furrowed and flustered, she tried to pick out her surroundings but her efforts were in vain. It was then she spotted a man with long red hair tied had appeared.Though he appeared bored it was better than no lead. The princess strided over to the stranger.Â
âSir, I⊠appear to be lost. Could you tell me where I am?â
Just avoid eye contact. Shinon had seen the woman approach; he tried to look busy as he shuffled toward an undetermined locationâpreferably one with foodâbut she spoke to him anyway. He side-eyed her cautiously. Well, at least she was pretty. Didnât look like the type to rob him or anything, not that he had anything to take.
âSir?â He smirked. âYou must be desperate to approach a guy like me.â He looked around at the better-dressed people around him; Shinon hadnât even bucked his belt properly. âThis here is Arbor. By the looks of it, youâre not from around here.â He raised an eyebrow. âWhere are you trying to be? Donât look like youâre from âround here.â
"I-I'm terribly sorry, sir, but no one else seems to heed me or know the place I am looking for." Sayri replied, bowing deeply. " I am looking for my homeland, but I seem to be nowhere near ever the continent of Ylisse." Sayri replied. It was times like these she wished had her brother with her. "Ar...bor?" The princess raised herself and cant her head. "It appears I've wound up dreadfully far from my home...." she sighed. Sayri straighened herself. A ruler must be calm in these times. Brother or not. "Have you heard of a country called Chon'sin?" she inquired. Her hopes were low, but it was better than not trying at all.
