 “Gghh! D-Do ya know how much this is gonnae cost?! ‘A cannae run a blog and do my job! I’ll have ‘ta pay someone to do it for me!” 

 Picking up papers from the ground, ears twitching frantically as they did, only to drop them once again as the young wolf before them gave a hearty pat to their back. 

 “That’s why I’m doin’ it for ya, Cannie!” Exclaimed the wolf, his tail swishing excitedly back and forth, “Scooch, this is a win-win for me. You get to do your boring government schtick,” he put the computer’s already plugged-in headphones around his neck, “and I get to play video games and run a blog for the town? How cool does that sound?” 

 The bear shook their head slowly, huffing out through their nose as they gathered the rest of the papers. Turning to him, they sighed, “‘A-A donnae care, as long as ‘ya make us look swell, laddie. I’m countin’ on ye.”

 Watching the black bear leave, Ashton couldn’t help but snicker. This was gonna be fun, alright.
