I know I'm being very harsh when it comes to pointing this out, but really, how well is Paul Atreides' mental decay handled in #DunePartThree compared to the 2 films, especially with this image, look at him, all the emotions he had in the 2 previous stories, that young man eager to help his family overcome the Harkonnen oppression, here he has no emotions, he is someone cold, someone who knows he has committed acts worthy of the worst punishment possible, he has gained everything, but lost the most important thing, his soul, and he knows this, in this film we will see how Paul, so innocent, turns into someone tormented by what he has done, a completely broken man, a monster
And this is exactly why I hope in a new nomination, Timothee is insane in this role from the first movie
