My top 10 ships in no particular order: Chase x Caleb from The Covenant
Iâm going to make you my Wee-yotch!
âA-alright.â he said going to walk into the room. He tried to sit down, and did for a minute before standing up and pacing. It was stressing him out.Â
Chris waited until Axel was seated and then moved back towards the door. Â "I'll be right back," he assured him. Â "Just try and relax," he added, and then disappeared through the door.
âB-but where is he?âŠ. W-what do I-I do? A-am I s-supposed to say something?  I d-donât know what Iâm s-supposed to say.â he said.
He sighed. Â "Just go inside," he repeated. Â "Sit down, and I'll go get Healer Pratt."
Axel had no clue what to do, standing awkwardly in the front of the hospital wing staring out over the giant room. He was still shaking out of fear of breaking down. He turned to Chris not knowing if he needed to say something or not. He had never admitted himself to the hospital wing for anything. There was only the one time where he fell off the wall. And he couldnât move then. This was nothing physical. He looked panicked as he tried to figure out what to do.
"Just walk inside," he said after a moment. Â "It's not very hard."
Chris didnât say anything, just led the rest of the way in silence. Â When they got to the wing he pulled the door open for Axel to go in.
His breath caught a bit. His body didnât want to move but he knew he was just causing problems. He took the first step in, still shaking.
Chris waited.
He glanced over at Axel and sighed, shaking his head. Â âThatâs not how this works, you know that,â he said, continuing to the door.
âWorth a try.â he said shaking his head as well. His body was shaking at the thought of being in the hospital wing.
Chris didn't say anything, just led the rest of the way in silence. Â When they got to the wing he pulled the door open for Axel to go in.
He grit his teeth, trying to keep some emotions he was having trouble controlling. âNo problem.â he breathed out. As they started to near the hospital wing, Axel started moving slowly. âY-you can probably just leave me here. I-Iâll go in and get something. Iâll probably be back in the dorm later tonight.â he said. He wasnât planning on going in, but he didnât want Chris to be there.
He glanced over at Axel and sighed, shaking his head. Â "That's not how this works, you know that," he said, continuing to the door.
He looked over at him and nodded slowly. Â âYeah, you were,â he said, and then sighed. Â âConsider it forgotten.â
âYouâre a good guy.â he said with a nod.
"Thanks," he said, honestly a little surprised to be hearing that from Axel.
He nodded and went quiet, leading the way up to the wing.
âIâm sorry for how I treated youâŠ. when I was with Avery.â he said softly. âI was a right ass.â
He looked over at him and nodded slowly. Â "Yeah, you were," he said, and then sighed. Â "Consider it forgotten."
âSorry,â he muttered, sighing and starting up to the wing.
âYou have no reason to be.â he said softly, following.
He nodded and went quiet, leading the way up to the wing.
He sighed softly and shook his head. âIâm not a professor,â he told him.Â
Axel had given up there. He just nodded and was ready to follow.
"Sorry," he muttered, sighing and starting up to the wing.
Chris || Mags | The Hallway
Margaret roamed the halls in sort of a daze, as she thought about the earlier day. It wasnât too different than any other day, and the now apparent repetition in her life was beginning to bore her; but not enough for her to do anything without being sure it wouldnât turn out wrong. However, she had spent her time finishing homework, which she was proud to say was some of her finest essays, and then went to her classes. She had finished everything off by attending dinner at the Great Hall, and now she was where she was pacing the halls.Â
Perhaps, she was odd, but she was starting to enjoy little walks before heading back to the common room and her routes. The walks cleared her mind and relaxed her, they also helped her make things clear, even though there wasnât much to make clear despite the feelings that caged her, which she had gotten used to.
Wondering goalless, she didnât really pay attention to where she was going, she was just going wherever her feet took her.Â
Chris was pretty cheerful, especially given his house's stunning comeback in the race for not one but two end of year cups.  It was about time, too; time was ticking away to exams, and the nearness of the academic trials wasn't lost on Chris.  He'd decided to spend the day relaxing, maybe hanging out with Dominique, and take a break from the constant mundanity of studying. Â
He'd gone downstairs after his rounds to drop his bag off, and was making his way steadily upstairs, trying to decide where to look first. Â He couldn't exactly get into Hufflepuff, so he'd try there as a last option. Â He ended up wandering off somewhere on the fourth floor, turning a corner and getting a bit lost.
He turned another corner and almost ran right into another student, stopping short just before they collided. Â "Sorry," he breathed out in surprise, laughing as he did so.
Now that's what I'm talking about!
And just like that, we're in first for the cup. Â Deal with it.
