Funny you mention that, monsieur Joseph, you are the first person to tell me to take it easy. Even monsieur Levere mentioned I was doing the right thing by eating the food. Well, I’ve tried everything, especially the sweets. The sea food is delicious, so I’d start from there if I were you.

Well, overeating can cause lethargy and poor skin condition. I don't think any sane person would wish that upon himself even if the food in discussion is delicious.
