Spending all day thinking about a failed attempt is not gonna make you travel back in time to reverse it so why think about it and beat yourself up for it so much?!

Going into a comment section and saying i can't shift is just the thing stopping you,

What i mean by that? When you are listening to sad songs don't think about how you "can't" shift or how you're just "not able" to do it. Seeing a shifting video and getting sad because you haven't shifting. Yes, shifting is not always rainbow and butterflies but also it's not always depression and demotivation.

Rather than that spend the time thinking about how amazing it is to know about shifting, how destined you were to know what is beyond one reality, how you can be literally immortal if you chose to, how you can live whatever life you want or do anything you want just by a thought, how you can fall asleep here and wake up in your favourite book, movie or just a random reality because you wanted to try something new!!!

You can do it just because you want to and that is enough, it is real and possible for you. Let yourself think about it and let it sink in.
