My Journey to becoming an Educator

Pleased to say that after four years I have graduated with 1st Class Honours and have accepted my first teaching post in an amazing school in Bournemouth.

Last ever day teaching in this school. Extremely proud to have been there when it all began and to have had the opportunity to be a part of their journey. Without a doubt it was the school that made me.

After four years, today was my last day of my last ever teaching placement. My class absolutely spoiled me from champagne to chocolates to a few love notes haha. So proud to have left graded 'outstanding' #WeMadeIt

Final Placement

With my first week behind me I am pleased to say that my fourth and final placement is well underway. Any fears over teaching Year 6 have been quashed; my class is lovely, my teacher supportive and confidence high.

As part of one of our modules we were required to create an activity for a group of children to partake in. We choose to focus on the how the war impacted the people of Plymouth. Matt posed as our guest speaker from war time plymouth.
