Jared got arrested for drunkenly beating up two people (sent them to the hospital) in October 2019 (on a weekend off from shooting the final season of Supernatural.) His mugshot was everywhere online for a few days. (He paid his way out of the charge eventually.)

He's also, on many occasions, posted super shitty things about service workers who annoyed him (airline workers, hotel staff, bartenders, waitresses..) He even posted photos he took of some of them (without their consent), with their names, places of work, etc. He basically doxxed these people. And it wasn't a one-off angry mistake. He did it repeatedly, for over a decade (all this BEFORE he got arrested and mugshotted.)

People who think Jared Padalecki is a bit of a dick have a lot of reasons and receipts.
