The ladies couldn't figure out which way to go. It caused some exasperation.

57/365. 6.5.14 We went for the Bun Festival on Cheung Chau Island and it was a great day out with much to see. We had seats on the main stand and could see up close much of the parade, including this rush on a shrine. This chap was carrying a very tall flag with seemingly little effort, and ran at astonishing speed towards a shrine. We could appreciate the effort he must have put into it because subsequent rushes involved more than one and at a slower pace. When he'd performed the required rituals, he simply stood to one side, pulled out a cigarette and calmly puffed away.

OK so this is the second picture from this day, but there's something about this shot which I like so much. I'm not even sure what it is - perhaps the expectation that someone is just around the corner, or the quality and flatness of the light. Well, I've skipped days so what's wrong with doubling up instead, eh?
