Her whole body wanted to shake like a dog, to get rid of the extra water that had gather against her hair and clothing. She had been panicked about the other mentioning something about the flame that had left her lips and yet when that wasn’t the first question to be asked, she sighed in relief. Optics looked up to the strange other and just rested arms against each other, trying to warm up from the unneeded shower.
“C-cold…?” She repeated, it had taken her a moment to realize what they had asked, mind trying to translate the muffled language before she nodded with a bit of an awkward laugh. “Y-yeah it’s pretty rainy outside a-and they made me walk all the way to base, k-kinda’ silly if ya’ ask me.”
She dared to move, slowly walking towards the other with her bright eyes not being scared what so ever of the strangeness of the situation. The mythical creatures that hid within the undergrounds of this world were scary, a person dressed up in a big rubber suit with a gas mask just made her shrug her shoulders. “But ‘m here now I guess and that’s all that mat-matters. S-stupid rain made me colder th-than I though though…” She paused for a moment, tugging at her red trench coat and smiled weakly to the other.
“So, is there a name that you would like to be called? They didn’t really give me much detail and it probably was because I bit one of their medical members.” Another shrug, though this one seemingly jokingly as she was careful not to get the other wet. Fingers went up to her red strands, pulling all of them into her hands and straining the water from them. “Stupid water…”
It was so delightfully odd to see someone so carefree move about in his presence. Yes, some of his team members were very relaxed around the maniac. But only because they had gotten so used to his daily antics and crazed attitude. The Pyro found he could relate to the small girl on the opinion of rain.

A long pause, the mercenary had never given out his name. Not to anyone on the base, Sniper, Spy, Scout. Didn’t matter. He wasn’t telling. That part of him he buried long ago, the last thing he desired would be to bring up old memories..

Before the other could say a word, he sprinted off. Soon returning with a blanket for her to dry off. Handing the dry fabric to the newbie.
