Lunch || Amycus & Chryssie
Chryssie smiled a little. “Yes. Are you alright? You’ve gone very red. The mango drink will take the spice away if you drink a little bit. It’s sweet and creamy. Have you ever had mango?” Chryssie took another bite and sighed happily, waggling her eyebrows at him.
“So ask me more questions so I can weasel answers out of you. You’re rather mysterious, you know. All brooding and vague when you answer questions.” She smiled at Amycus, sipping on her drink with a grin. “Figure out why you’re so hot under the collar all the sudden.”
“I don’t know if I’ve had mango?” He tasted the drink, raising his eyebrows in pleased surprise. “’s good.”
“I don’ kno’ wha’ to ask, though. Ye can ask me, I don’ mind, I’ll answer.” Amycus shrugged, taking another bite of the food - still good, still pretty hot. Chryssie was easy to talk to, not only cute but really beautiful, which he wasn’t going to tell her - he very carefully avoided the question about being hot under the collar.
"Okay, why were you running like a madman through the alley. The day that we met and you bumped into me?" She took a bite of her food and leaned in a little, eyes all lit up with curiosity. "You looked like you were on the run from something."
