3 more episodes and I’m done with Daredevil Season 2. The new season is a bit more comic book-y than last one, but a lot more brutal. I’m very much enjoying it. I love how Jon Bernthal’s Punisher carries himself, full of confidence & anger. It makes him very imposing & super scary. I don’t like that he talks too much, tho. I like my Punisher quiet & doesn’t have to explain himself to anybody.

Anyway, watch Daredevil!

The Black Panther (created by The King & Stan Lee) is one of my favorite superheroes of all time (thanks to the outstanding Christopher Priest run) & he has one of the best Jack Kirby designed costumes ever (IMHO). Sleek, simple & very iconic. He doesn’t need a logo or symbol to be identified, he is the symbol!

A few very important facts regarding the Black Panther:

He is the first black superhero in mainstream American comics.

He will be celebrating his 50th anniversary this July.

He is. Bad. Ass.

Excited to see BP’s Marvel Cinematic Universe debut this May. I hope they do him justice.

I was first exposed to Bowie not through his music but through an awesome Jim Henson movie called Labyrinth when I was around 6. Still one of my favorite movies.
