i find the whole " pro/anti " argument convoluted, but i nevertheless block anyone identifying with the term " proship "; i believe in the safety of fiction & recognize that censorship is harmful, but i also do not want to be around people that enjoy incest / kidxadult / zoophilia / noncon - etc. same goes if you're gender/identity critical, a radical exclusionist of any flavor, or think zionism/racism is excusable in any form.

Human AU Midwife! Well, she's still not human here, although she can choose to look like it. I love how much of a freaky fairytale monster she is in the game, and how she can tell when Little Ghost is trying to peek into her mind-- something very few other characters can. I liked the idea of trying to keep that energy for an AU design.

I've also been influenced lately by fanworks portraying her and Herrah as having been close with each other. Maybe it was also a comfort to Herrah, while going through the ordeal of carrying a demigod, to be looked after by a friend who was also a weird fae creature?

once upon a time i read damurushi’s “ In the Honey Milk ” & my life was ruined forever. i can't stop redrawing panels. i haven't even gotten into the real " meat " of the story, i just keep drawing the first few pages...

if the new higurashi anime gets more people interested in the original vn then i would consider it a net win overall because good lord i NEED miyo takano to find her audience here. torture is her special interest. she lets a day-old corpse be used to fake her death because she thinks the inevitable confusion would be funny. her ominous laughter is just how she always laughs. she wears medfet gear to work. she has been harbouring a grudge against god her whole life for genuinely such heartwrenching devastating childhood trauma reasons and yet she has had no idea her dear beloved grandpa in all the sage wisdom he imparted was literally just quoting the bible at her. she collects plushies. she loves a good excuse to meow. she's technically a nepo baby. her favourite hobby is infodumping about local murders and missing persons cases as if she hasn't had a hand in a couple of them herself. her lesbian situationship results in the death of thousands. the whole plot happened because her parents went shopping without her one day. and almost all of these things are part of what makes me so deeply, deeply sad over her. horror woman of all time Easily
