Hey bro the condition I'm talking about is dysphoria. Having dysphoria is a literal neurological disorder that you have to have to be trans. Being trans isn't just a quirky little thing that people like to do to be special. It is a serious life altering process that people have to go through to finally feel normal in their body. Being pupgender isn't being trans it's just you basing you're gender on an interest you have. And saying they are for some neurodivergent people implies that they aren't smart enough because of any disability they have to understand how gender works. From many autistic people I've seen online they don't like neos because it makes them feel infantilized when they are just people who can function on their own.

While yes pronouns do exist in other languages there are basically no cases of neos unless it's a word for they/them which alot of languages don't have (I.e dey/Dem for German) but other than cases like those neos pretty much are and English speaking thing.
