Without the fundamental right to life, none of the other issues matter. Children killed in the womb will never grow up to see God's beautiful creation or enjoy life. Scripture tells us: "I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Choose life, then, that you and your children may have life." Amen <(((>< Deuteronomy 30:19
Homosexuals then disabled those Daesh ISIS folk and their supporters really know how to hate on their gods creation .... Our society must make it right and possible for old people not to fear the young or be deserted by them, for the test of a civilization is the way that it cares for its helpless members.~Pearl S. Buck (1892-1973), My Several Worlds [1954].
The test of the morality of a society is what it does for its children. ~Dietrich Bonhoeffer
A decent provision for the poor is the true test of civilization. ~Samuel Johnson, Boswell: Life of Johnson
The most certain test by which we judge whether a country is really free is the amount of security enjoyed by minorities.~John E. E. Dalberg, Lord Acton, The History of Freedom in Antiquity, [1877].
"...the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the shadows of life; the sick, the needy and the handicapped. " ~ Last Speech of Hubert H. Humphrey "A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Ghandi
"Any society, any nation, is judged on the basis of how it treats its weakest members -- the last, the least, the littlest." ~Cardinal Roger Mahony, In a 1998 letter, Creating a Culture of Life
The greatness of the West is in how it treats its weakest members: the elderly, the infirm, the handicapped, the underprivileged, the unborn. ~Bill Federer
"A society will be judged on the basis of how it treats its weakest members and among the most vulnerable are surely the unborn and the dying," ~Pope John Paul II
"...the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; those who are in the shadows of life; the sick, the needy and the handicapped. " Last Speech of Hubert H. Humphrey November 1, 1977 Washington, D.C.
Although it is not word-for-word with the quote you seek, I think that it has probably been paraphrased from the sentiment as often expressed before, for example:
"The test of the morality of a society is what it does for its children". ~Dietrich Bonhoeffer (German Pastor and Nazi opponent who died in a concentration camp)
Aristotle has often been quoted as saying you can judge a nation by the way it treats its most vulnerable citizens.
If we consider the atrocious crimes committed against children and the way the elderly are treated as second-rate citizens in our so-called civilized countries and the way the aggressors are protected, these were, and still are, right on the money.
To express our feelings in solidarity and friendship with all those Catholics in the world who time and time again have to listen and respond with charity to all these questions and fun phrases
Oftentimes, it is easy to find an excuse to skip out on mass. Still, the mass is one of the of the greatest gift that the Lord has given to us!

There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends. I have no notion of loving people by halves, it is not my nature.
Jane Austen (via unculturedmag)
If each man or woman could understand that every other human life is as full of sorrows, or joys, or base temptations, of heartaches and of remorse as his own … how much kinder, how much gentler he would be.
William Allen White (via kvtes)
Lord God, no one is a stranger to you and no one is ever far from your loving care. In your kindness watch over refugees and asylum seekers, those separated from their loved ones, those who are lost, and those who have been exiled from their homes. Bring them safely to the place where they long to be, and help us always to show your kindness to strangers and those in need. Amen.
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on us. Holy Mary, mother of refugees, pray for us. St Joseph, protector of the Holy Family in Egypt, pray for us. Amen.
