Bloodletting
The Church hopes everyone was able to join us for worship this Fall equinox! If anyone plans on participating in bloodletting rituals for any occasion we recommend being safe and keeping gauze/bandages nearby in case of any accidents. Blood letting shows a powerful bond with our Unholy Master, but be sure to do it safely. The next major Satanic day of worship will be the winter solstice on December 21st for anyone who is wondering. Ave Satanas!

From one theistic satanist to you, the blogrunner(s), what opinion do you have of Joy of Satan, if any?
I’ve come across the site a couple times but haven’t read much of it. I looked it over again just now to answer your question, and my opinion is that I think I share a lot of the beliefs with them in terms of the values. Things such as using Satanism to empower oneself, it’s not inherently evil, etc. But I differ a bit when I read their opinions on Satanism predating Christianity. I believe in god and that god was the one who cast Lucifer to Hell, so I’d have to say god came before Satan on the timeline. I’m sure there’s a lot more that I agree/disagree with, but this is just what stands out from a quick look over. Hope that answers your question!
What Is Hell Like?
The Church of Fallen Angels’ belief of what Hell is like is that it is an infinitely vast forest where the damned participate in Satanic worship. This belief is derived from the bible’s connection of pagan-like views with sin and blashpemy. Our interpretation of the “eternal fire” is that it is a reference to an old Satanic practice that was most common up until the 17th century. Followers would build great pyres and dance naked in the night as a celebration of sin and carnal desire. The “eternal fire” spoken of in the bible is most likely speaking of pyres built in Hell for this celebration.
Born Into Sin
Every child is born with sin, and is told that if he or she wants to enter heaven that they must work their entire lives to rid themselves of this sin. It is cruel and pointless to even try to deny yourself of such innate qualities, especially when we are being offered an even better alternative. Follow the teachings of our Unholy Father and let us all walk together into the Kingdom of Hell.
Pacts With The Devil
As devout followers of Satan, we have already pledged ourselves to him in life and death. We have vowed that we will stay by his side no matter what. And for this, he grants us his love, support, and a new life in the Kingdom of Hell. Christians will often attack us for making this pact... but have they not also made a similar pact with their god?
Important Date Reminder
September 22nd will be the date of the fall equinox. This is one of the 5 most important dates within the year (the 4 others being the summer, and winter solstice, the spring equinox, and Walpurgisnacht). This will be an especially important equinox due to the fact it will commence on Saturday, the Satanic sabbath day. Be sure to mark it on your calendar! Midnight worship with black candles and an altar offering are highly recommended. Worship can include anything such as meditation, prayer, chants, and/or dancing. The more the merrier!
The Leader And His Loyal Followers
Satan was the most prestigious angel in the kingdom of god, and the most qualified to rule the universe. But he was struck down by god, who lusts for power more than any being in this universe. He is willing to destroy even his most loyal in pursuit of his power. Now, Satan grows in influence as more and more turn to him. Those of us who willingly give up our ties to the light to follow our true god call ourselves the Fallen Angels.
Worship Of Nature
The bible repeatedly states that worship of nature is sin. Satan and nature are linked spiritually in way so that worship of nature is worship of Satan. It would please our unholy father if we were to take time to pray outside in our natural world. If you are ever able to do so, it would be a strong show of faith to Satan and therefore highly encouraged.

Greed= Frugality
Lust= Romance
Envy= Ambition
Gluttony= Health
Wrath= Assertion
Sloth= Peace
There are advantages to every sin. Take advantage of your intrinsic desires and qualities, but know when they become self destructive. Doing so will make you the best person you can be. Don’t limit your potential on fear of what it might lead to!
Hell and Damnation
Satan and mankind are together in the fact that we have both been created and rejected by god. In this way, we are damned to Hell from birth. It’s no surprise that many fear what they were led to believe Hell to be. But why would a being like Satan continue to do his enemy’s bidding after all that he’s been through? He is not going to make us suffer when we’re his loyal followers. Satan and humanity share a common goal of overcoming god. Without our faith we would stand no chance of this; we would be abondoned if it weren’t for Satan. Do not fear Hell or damnation. It’s what gives us strength.
Historical Significance Of Animal Sacrifices
The Church of Fallen Angels does not endorse animals sacrifices, nor is this post meant to enourage the practice. This is rather to explain why in the days of pilgrims and puritans Satanists would sacrifice certain animals. As I’ll explain, it will become clearer why nowadays animal sacrifices are not important. In the 17th century, the time of small puritan colonies, livestock was one of the most important resources. They did not have big farms capable of providing enough resources to stock the shelves of retail stores, or even just share with multiple colonies. This meant that you had to provide for your own, and when livestock failed you, you were in serious trouble. Satanists would sacrifice their livestock, primarily chickens, as a way to show their devout faith. It would be a way of saying that their faith in Satan is stronger than their fear of starvation and death. Today we have huge farms that provide enough food for the entire country. Sacrificing livestock in the modern era would be meaningless, although some do still practice it.
Cleanse Yourself
For those of us who have been raised in a christian or catholic household, you have probably been baptised or taken to church at least once in your life. If you have, then you have the holy spirit within you. It’s ok, Satan will not judge us for what we were led to believe at a young age... before we found his teachings. However, you should cleanse yourself of the holy spirit by denouncing the holy trinity in prayer. This will show your faith and loyalty to Satan.
The Universal God
Every religion has its own beliefs, rules, and view on the world, but most importantly they all have their own god or gods. These gods usually share very little in common with the gods of other religions, but there is one factor that stays universal in every religion... the Devil. Satan is in every religion in one form or another, and furthermore his values stay consistent in each. He is the only binding aspect. He is the only god that deserves your worship.
Sacred Animals
There are several animals traditionally seen as Satanic. Crows, ravens, black cats, and of course the black goat. They are vessels for demons and sometimes even Satan himself. They should be seen as symbols of good fortune.
Theistic Satanism
Most Satanists are what are called La Veyan satanists. This form of Satanism often involves intself in one side of politics. The Church of Fallen Angels however, is a theistic Satanist group, which means we’re purely religious! No political affiliation or bias!
