New/Old of Charlie Heaton by Matthew Audino

Laura: She loved it so much. I canât wait till you come so you can meet her! A short series? Thatâs cool! Iâm alright with you keeping me all to yourself. ;) But, I also wouldnât mind if you wanted to brag about me to your friends. Iâve only told Ben and Lucy. If I didnât tell Ben heâd get upset and Lucy took care of Banjo when I came to London so she had to know too. Theyâre excited to meet you at the tree lighting.
Charlie: Me either! I definitely want to brag about you. But I also Iâm scared to tell anyone to save myself the embarrassment when you realize youâre way out of my league. ;) Iâm super excited to meet your friends. I know they must all be lovely. I do hope youâre telling them good things. :P

Nat: I did, yeah! We spent it with my family actually, which was nice since I hadn't seen them in a while.
Nat: Did you celebrate in any way? I know it's an American thing but still.
Charlie: That's lovely. I'm glad you got to see them. I know how much you miss them.
Charlie: I didn't. I've been in England filming a small series and didn't get any American invites. Total bummer. You guys eat good on Thanksgiving.

Laura: It was wonderful! I went to Jersey to see my parents and Banjo got to run around in their backyard. Howâs your week been? I canât wait to see you next week. Have you told any of your friends or am I still your little secret? ;)
Charlie: I bet Banjo thoroughly enjoyed that! I've had a nice week. I've been filming a short little series. I can't wait either! I haven't. Been keeping you all to myself. ;) But really I haven't even talked to Joe in like a month of Sundays. I guess we've both just been busy. D:
I could post about how lovely my Thanksgiving was and how grateful I am for the beautiful life Iâve been given - but really, I want to talk about Christmas and how excited I am to start shopping for presents. I know, I know that itâs not about gifts or receiving but..itâs a form of giving and I love seeing how happy people are when I hand them over! Iâm ready for Monday so I can start playing Santaâs little Elf. Anyone got any cool present ideas in mind? @hollywoodland-hqsâ
Iâm the total opposite. I absolutely hate gift giving because Iâm so bloody terrible at it. Like I never know what to get anyone, and sometimes I will randomly come up with something that I think is brilliant and it totally falls flat. So trust me when I say you donât want any recommendations from me. You should be the one helping me since you like it so much.

Charlie: Hey, love. How was your Thanksgiving?
hqshipkas·:
Absolutely! And then you come out on the other side and before you know it youâve made fifty episodes of television in six months. Or something like that. Thatâs okay, but thanks for the love on the new movie! We had so much fun doing it, and itâs nice to do something thatâs likeâŠnot set in a particular world, you know? Itâs day to day life. I can certainly make an attempt, personally Iâve never done anything beyond packaged but I could take a shot at making fresh. I donât mean to brag but Iâve done so much holiday themed baking for Netflix that I feel like I could nail it.
Exactly. Itâs alarming. Iâm getting ready to start filming my fourth season with them and itâs super hard to believe. Oh for sure. Like to play a real person who isnât magic. Just a normal person. Itâs relaxing in a sense. Wow you totally need to try making a homemade cup of cocoa. It really changes the game.

Nat: Did you turn into a very negative fortune cookie? đ
Charlie: I was born a negative fortune cookie, what do you mean?
aarcntveit·:
You believe all that stuff? Sure, we might get taken out by a global pandemic, but hopefully by now with the technology we have we know how to treat it so no one is dying. Itâs old news. If weâre dying from illness, itâs going to be something new. Something weâve never seen before. As for the meteoroid coming towards Earth- weâve heard that a thousand times. I wouldnât worry too much. But the show is pretty good and it isnâtâŠthat sad. They have an episode about Music and Pirates. Itâs pretty cool. I think everyone has seen Stranger Things. If you havenât, what have people actually been watching on Netflix? Half the population got Netflix just for that show when it came out. I have yet to watch that one because do you know how many baking shows there are? A lot. But itâs right down my alleyway, so iâll definitely have to check it out after I get through all the Star Wars on Disney+.
Iâm very gullible to say the least. What if someone is like trying to invent a disease that canât be healed or something? Weâre getting too smart as a species. Itâs terrifying. Now pirates I find very interesting. Youâve begun to sell it a bit better. There are definitely people who havenât seen ST. I mean theyâre insane. But they exist nonetheless. You definitely wonât regret this baking show. All baking shows are my guilty pleasure, but this one is special. Ooooh. A Star Wars watch through? Iâve been meaning to do that myself once things settle in a bit.
hqshipkas·:
Netflix time is like ten years worth of regular time. I feel like Iâve always been working with them even though itâs only been a little over a year. Yeah, congrats! Stranger Things is insane, you guys do a great job. Thank you! Iâm sorry to disappoint you though, I promise if I ever become magic youâll be the first to know.
Netflix time is an enigma. It makes no sense, you canât explain it, and the math just doesnât add up. Thanks so much! I regretfully havenât had the chance to watch my way through Sabrina yet, but I have watch Let It Snow, and I really really enjoyed it. Hey, in my book if you can make a decent hot chocolate youâre magic. So tell me. Do you at least have that ability?

Laura: Iâll try to not let it bother me. ;) Youâre lucky youâre so cute. Plus, you calling me awesome and cute is pretty sweet. Iâll help you be less forgetful. When are you going to come to New York? Theyâre lighting the tree in Rockefeller Plaza on the 4th. You should come then!
Charlie: The only lucky I am is lucky you think I'm cute. That sounds amazing. The 4th it is. Can we also go ice skating? I've always wanted to go ice skating in New York in December.

Nat: This is so not fair.
Charlie: Life isn't fair. ;)
