This is completely random, but I have a memory that I wanted to share, it was right after I attended the red tour in 2013 and the show was over and my dad and I had just made it home. I went that entire night at the concert not crying, but as soon as I got home, I just started bawling, and my dad asked me “what’s wrong, I thought you’d be all smiles after seeing your favorite person in concert, and I said to him “I am happy, more than ever, it’s just that tonight was so surreal”, I was just filled with so many emotions knowing that I was just in the same building as Taylor Swift, and being who I was, a shy african american girl that was always picked on because I loved Taylor Swift, it sounds completely insane, but other people would find it funny that I was black girl that loved Taylor Swift. But in that moment when I was sitting (well standing because it was a concert) in Amalie Arena watching THE Taylor Swift perform right in front of me, I didn’t care what others thought. I was just happy.
