my name is carmen <3 this is my 2nd relapse :P former anarex1c, which developed into orthorex1a. kinda a mess rn. i’m mostly going to be posting to keep myself disciplined and in check! so warning for th1nspo.

had to eat fast food bc my boyfriend ordered it :c he’s literally the sweetest and saved up his paycheck to surprise me just so we could ft and eat together (we’re long distance)- i’m ngl i do feel really guilty abt eating but i’d much rather of eaten that with him than eaten anything else.

had to eat with sister 👎 so i started fasting @ 5:30, which is earlier than usual, and i’m literally not eating until all my school work is finished, my room is clean + i’ve burnt off atleast 1000 cals :P
