I am a highly sensitive person- sensitive and all too aware of the shift in a persons tone, voice, mannerisms, micro expressions, body language.. so when something changes- when suddenly there comes a shift, I Will pick up on it, and feel that something is off.. and I hate being made to feel like I’m crazy for picking up on certain things or for thinking something could be wrong when someone suddenly changes the way they speak to me.

I wish i was just stupid and unaware of everything so that things like this wouldn’t bother me- so that I wouldn’t catch the change of tone in someone’s voice, or the new coldness they present me with.
