“I... I have no idea how to respond to that.”  Pippa raised an eyebrow and her lips parted slightly.  “No, I haven’t.  I’ve never died, for one thing, and there’s no way you can get a broken heart if no one ever had it to begin with.”

Although it wasn’t the only option in Mulci’s mind, she wasn’t about to state that she could easily just bite the other girl. Or make someone bring them food, since that would require them to find another person first. “I guess it is.” She said, and broke in to a jog.

As soon as the girl started running, her eyes went wide and jaw dropped.  “Wait wait wait, I didn’t know we’d be running!  I can’t run, I’m in heels!”  She pouted before carefully removing her pumps and running after the girl with the shoes in her hands.  “I’m not okay with this!”

Harriet hadn’t been paying much attention when a bouncing bundle of annoying came flouncing up to her. Her words caused an eyebrow to quirk and Harriet’s grin to become instantly more wicked. “Oh? Just how wicked was she? I can assure you, sweet child, I am far worse than she.” she said in a low, sickly-sweet voice.

“Well like I said, she enslaved my mother, and then refused her a chance at true love.  But she found it anyway, so I guess that’s karma for you, right?”  Pippa raised an eyebrow.  “You pride yourself on that?  Wow, I didn’t think that was something people actually did, except the Tremaines.”

“No no no, there has to be a way back.  I’m not going to stay here.”  Pippa shook her head, her eyes wide.  “Salem?  Where’s that?”

“Actually, I don’t.” Mulci replied, tucking a strand of blonde hair behind her ear. “I just arrived here. But if you’d like to go look around with me, I’d be happy to see if we can find some place to grab a bite.”

Pippa let out a soft sigh.  Even if she didn’t want to admit it, she hated doing things by herself and would have rather the other girl just brought her something, but at this point she just wanted something to eat.  “I suppose that’s our only option.”

Scout was starstruck by everything he had seen as he walked into the room. He had never been to a ball before, but then again he didn’t even know what a ball was before he came to this place. Being a pup certinly had it’s limitations but now that he was human it seemed like he could do anything. When he heard a voice he turned to it and blinked in surprise when he saw the girl in her beautiful dress. “ Wow, you are gorgeous. “ he bluttred out loud before covering his mouth quickly. 

Pippa’s eyes went wide when she heard a voice next to her, and when she turned to look at the person her smile widened, which she didn’t even think was possible.  “Aww, why thank you!”  Of course she’d been told that she was beautiful many times in her life, but she never got tired of it.  “I can’t really tell with the mask but I’m sure you’re not too bad either.”

Felix had been casually leaning up against a wall while a lite cigarette hung between his fingers.  As he let out a puff some smoke curled up into the air surrounding him. The red haired prince flicked some ashes on the ground below him with ease before spotting the person that had been staring at him. “ Oh I’m sorry Is this bothering you? “ he questioned, his tone clearly not matching his words.

A cough escaped the princess as soon as she inhaled the puff of smoke, and she dramatically waved it away from her face with her hand.  “Uh, yeah, just a bit.  Do you think you could find another place to pollute the air?”

“ There has to be some kind of logical explanation for all of this. “ Teddy fretted, dragging his finger through his hair as he began talking to himself. “ I mean there has to be, the types of things don’t just happen normally…do they? “ It had become a habit of his to  talk himself through any given situation or anytime he got anxious. Normally when Teddy had the beginnings of a panic attack his mother was always there to help him through it, but now he was alone and had no one to help him this time.

“Well panicking isn’t going to help us find any answers, so first things first, you need to take a deep breath.”  Pippa pursed her lips together and ran a hand through her blonde hair.  “Unless someone’s fairy godmother has a vendetta against us, no, these things don’t just happen.”

“What the hell is this place?” Asteria asked as she looked around her new surroundings, dazed and confused. “Mom? Dad? Aunt Dani? Are you here?” The young blonde asked, frightened. “If this is supposed to be some sort of joke, it’s not funny!”

“If this is someone’s idea of a joke, then they have a seriously twisted sense of humor.  Taking me away from my family is one thing, but taking me away from the palace is something completely different.”  Pippa rolled her eyes and ran a hand through her hair.  “We need to find a way back.”
