I made this for @sweetiepea-art's Kickstarter that she will be opening soon! This is one of the two art prints I made for it, featuring two of the characters from her book! Like the other one, she gave me the vision and I brought it to life. The idea comes from a specific scene in the book, with the two characters laying in a field of yellow chrysanthemums.

The First Fight

This is a scene from the book, where the main character, Matt (on the right), is confronting the main antagonist for the first time. I was very thrilled to make this for my sister, who has written a fantastic novel featuring these characters that I'm absolutely in love with!
Below is some more information on the novel, which will be released next year, and also the book publishing company that my sister and I are starting.
Matt is a vigilante who goes by the alias, "Speedfire." And after he moves to New Harbor, he finds himself facing off with the city's most dangerous criminal, "the sniper." No one knows anything about the sniper, just that they're linked to a string of "casualties" in the Inner Harbor.
Fire in Flight is a dystopian mystery set in the bayside city of New Harbor! It has supernatural and sci-fi elements, heroes, villains, and a slowburn romance!
The book will be coming out May 5, 2026. But it's also getting an early release through Kickstarter in January, so readers can get their hands on a copy by February or March!
Fire in Flight will also be published by Gemini Valley Publishing, which is our new indie press! Gemini Valley publishes speculative fiction titles, and submissions are currently open. Fire in Flight is our first book!

You guys may already met him and seen what he looks like before once but we'll do it one more time ;). Meet Lord Vortex from "The Warlock's Wrath!". He's a cartoon purple warlock with purple electric powers and he's basically Magment's cartoon nemesis and can be quite a comic relief at times, but he can be serious if he wants to or not. And yes the poster and character design look silly because I made it look cartoonish lmao in order to fit the vibe, so hope you guys like it. We're finally almost done with all the character designs for the "Hallowment: Season" just one more left. Meet Gravemourne aka "The Gargoyle King". He's an ancient creature and king and leader of the Graven Choir, he's an ancient guardian and protector and has been warding off evil spirits for centuries. He uses his razor sharp teeth and claws in order to scare off his adversaries and his superhuman strength to defend himself and for his people, he can fly which makes the ground shake and turn himself into a statue to hide himself from his enemies.
Meet Lord Bloodstone also known as The Crimson Wizard. He's pure evil and he's the leader of an evil league known as "The Crimson Dawn". He targets all sorts of magical creatures or beings that has power and wants to get stronger in order to use his dark blood magic against his enemies or rivals, his full name is unknown and that's what makes him mysterious. He's the first horror character I've ever made and I hope you all like this character as well, I had a great time designing him and stay tuned for more character artwork for "Hallowment: Season"!
Meet Flamera, Coralia, and Luna and together they're known as "The Witch Sisters". Flamera is a fire witch and she is the oldest sister, she has fire like abities and can summon fire spells and defeat her rivals and enemies with them. She can be mischevious and likes to show off at times but she's really good with her fire power! Luna is the second oldest and she's the moon witch, she's the brains of the trio and can be quite intelligent than her sisters but she does help them in times of need and she can summon moonlight abilities and uses them to do research and to fight off against shadows. Coralia is the youngest and she's a water witch! She can use her water abilities to make waves and other sorts of power, she can even use her healing abilities to aid her sisters in battle. Sheās the daughter of Dracula in the Magment Universe and she is the princess of the Vampire Kingdom and sheās considered to be the future heir to the throne. She has intelligence with fighting skills and has super speed and sheās very stealthy and lastly she loves to tease her opponents š.
