Can I tell y'all something?

There were nights when it was so hard for me to sleep because of my anxiety and stuff that changed my life, and also days when I don't wanna work a lot, I just wanna get lots of breaks for myself under a very blue sky and breathe while sitting under the trees so I can calm down.

Also I decided to listen to songs that make me feel better everytime I feel down, songs like; Endless Rain and Hero by @yoshikiofficial from X Japan, Permission To Danse by BTS , and Only Getting Better by JoJo Siwa . Remember: listening to music is one of the best ways to make to make us feel better. It makes me feel like it kinda looks like music therapy , I guess.

Also remember that I have autism and it makes me feel quite anxious sometimes when there's something getting problematic in my life. But I never forget that as soon as I have my family and best friends by my side to cheer me up, it also makes me feel great for following bright days.
