1608 N Wood St: This section of the sidewalk in Wicker Park has a huge missing pavement area, leaving exposed dirt and debris. The uneven surface can potentially create a hazard for pedestrians, which can lead to more dangerous conditions when it's wet or icy.
You can report any hazardous sidewalks in the greater Chicagoland area by calling 311 or visiting 311.chicago.gov for more details. If you have any pictures of dangerous sidewalks, you can tweet them to @redlineproject on Twitter.

Took me until about halfway through college before I realized “study” means “play with the material in a variety of ways until you understand it” and not just “read the assigned chapters and do the homework” and I think that probably should have been discussed at some point prior to that.
my new traveler notebook by notebook therapy. 🥺🌸
REVIEW: first thoughts on the new sakura journey travel notebook by notebook therapy
phew! this thing is thicc! the paper is 160gsm. it’s great for paint and markers, but the inflexibility of the refills is something i’m not the biggest fan of. i ended up taking out one of the 3 inserts it came with just to help the journal lay flatter when i write in it. however, the super thicc/stiff notebook refill papers are assembled by being folded then sewn to the card stock covers, which makes it bulge at the seams and difficult to write on since you’re essentially writing on a curved surface. 🥲 the notebook is also larger than the midori travelers passport, and smaller than the standard, so you can’t use midori refills in this. 😭
other than that, i can see how the tsuki bujo paper thickness could be nice in a full sized a5 notebook! and as this is my first journal from notebook therapy, i’ve enjoyed actually being able to test their paper and see if i like it.
good news: it handles fountain pen ink well up to a Medium-Fine! Medium nibs and over start to show minor feathering (on par with HP32), but not enough to stop me from using firehose music nibs and broads! 😂 there’s also zero ghosting or bleed through. yay!
my favorite thing about this notebook is the cover. 🥰 it’s super soft and pink vegan leather with a simple gold foil cherry blossom for embellishment. i’ve been keeping an eye out for pastel pink travelers notebooks covers and could never find one i liked! but when i saw this, I HAD TO BUY IT.
in the future, i’ll probably just make my own refills (it’s pretty easy to do!) with tomoe river paper or HP32. the paper included is just too thick for me in this format. 🥲 but it’s so cute SO WHO CARES LOL. still gonna use it until it’s worn out! ♥️

09282021. This was last week's spread using a sticker sheet called "Meow" by the Suatelier Design brand. I love this brand, their stickers are so cute and minimal. I'm actually hoarding a bunch of sticker sheets because they are tooo damn cute to be used, but the sticker sheets I have more than 2 of (like this one) I've been able to be strong and use up. lol.
THIS IS SO CUTE?????? AYO???
A2 is coming sooner than i thought and i don't like it ;-;

glamorizing being so busy and caught up in your work, school work, your hobbies, or anything else that takes a large portion of your attention that you forgo eating, showering, sleeping, buying groceries, cooking, cleaning your space, etc. is not cute. it’s not healthy. please don’t confuse busyness with your worth. your productivity does not define your worth. you are worthy of taking care of your basic needs.
