11,000 steps!!! :)
it is 1 pm and i have had a coffee monster (i didn’t want to waste it, 160 cal) :, 1 cup of black coffee with 0 cal sweetener, and a dinner roll 😞 i couldn’t resist (90 cals)
9,300 steps it will be over 10,000 by the time i’m off of work, doing a hike after work :)
i’ve been at work for only one hour so far and already have 4k steps in :)

I want to say this again. Do not report a blog unless they are actually doing something super bad. You have no idea how much that blog could be helping someone. It may be their only place to vent. If you are upset by their content or worried for them message them. Actually talk to them instead of reporting them first because if their blog gets terminated it could make them worse
20 tips ive collected to avoid food/eating
make your plate dirty/messy
over salt/season your food
chew sugar free gum
condition yourself telling people "i already ate"/"i ate before coming"
measure/weigh yourself before eating
drink lots of water
learn the difference between physical and mental hunger
only keep healthy/low cal food around
eat protein with every meal
look at pics/vids of messy food to throw off your appetite
good excuses to miss meals: feeling nauseous, already ate, allergies/intolerances, saying youre vegan/vegetarian, sore throat, etc
keep food out of bedroom
keep away from "snack" foods
keep gum in your mouth to pretend to chew while eating
look at oily foods and imagine how it would feel inside you
put utensils down while eating, dont prep your next bite while chewing
cucumbers are amazing
eat slow and stop as soon as you dont feel hungry
avoid sodas and liquid cals
plate food in unappetizing ways
l just did a 30 min workout as a midnight snack 🩵
