anyone have tips for dizziness/vertigo relief? my glasses are super out of prescription but i can’t afford to get new ones so i’m stuck with these and throughout the day the make me feel suppppeer light headed and dizzy. it doesn’t help that i work from home and look at a computer all day either, but i can’t really change that factor.

i wear these motion sickness pressure point bands on my wrist 90% of the time, but i’ve been wearing them all day and am suddenly so dizzy i can’t stand.

any quick relief or fast-ish relief tips would be fantastic cause i’m having one hell of a time 🥺

i’m feeling really really down on myself right now about my editing/gameplay :/ so honestly i may just go back to posting screenshots w no editing and mostly reshade so i can simply go back to enjoying the game vs. feeling like i have to do it for simblr.
