The L-Line has been running slowly and suffering malfunctions frequently over the past couple months, and, finally, the city has decided to shut the L-Line down until the problem has been solved. Inconvenient to almost everyone, but the perfect moment for the Magicals to do their job!

Around the L-Line, there are a large number of Bountiful Bears milling about, and they seem to be spilling out of the station. 

During the night time, when the workers aren’t present, it will be very easy for the local Magicals to enter the station to see if they can solve the problem.
