The CIWGDO STEP programme provides support for differently abled clients seeking to gain financial autonomy through employment.

Our organisation is able to provide assistance in developing career pathways through planning, training and up-skilling programmes, in addition to on going support for clients, employers, and families. Our team ensures an individualised, person centred approach that is tailored to respect and honour our client’s needs.
