Hey everyone! I was accepted for the role of Merchandise on February 21st 😭 This is a dream come true! I literally can’t believe this is going to be real and I’m so freaking excited and nervous and just all the feelings!!! There’s still SO much time to be accepted and i can’t wait to see all of you in Disney 😭

Had my phone interview today! I think it went well!! Im open to questions if you guys have them! This was my 3rd phone interview!
I applied a little after 11 this morning, and my status still says "applied". Do I have a chance at all? The only reason I'm nervous is because I saw where a girl on here said that she applied at 3 something this afternoon and got the wbi about an hour later.
You definitely still have a chance! My first time applying, I was in submission (which is what applied is now) for a week, some people got stuck in it for months and even got accepted! DONT LOSE HOPE! I know it’s easier said than done, but the truth is, this application process is wild and unpredictable. Like I have my phone interview on the first day of phone interviews but I could be waiting until the last day of the season for a decision. Everything happens at different times!
Also any tips on the WBI?
Read each question carefully! Sometimes they ask you pretty much the same question with different wording. Give STRONG answers. Don’t answer neutral. I answered maybe 1 or 2 neutral and I was fine, but give the stronger answers! Take your time! 💫💫💫
Is it okay if I don't apply right away to the program? Like I know apps dropped this morning but I don't get off work until 6 :/
Of course! The first time I applied I didn’t apply until about a month in and still made it through all the steps!
I applied at 10:11, got to skip the WBI and get to go to the PI!

Hey there! This might be a stupid question but if you get accepted into the WDW program, but you don’t live in Florida (I live in Cali), is disney really nice and pays for your flight or do you pay yourself? Thanks!
You pay to get yourself down there! They provide housing once you’re down there, but you pay rent (it’s taken from your paycheck) or you could live off site as well!

Hiiiii for the DCP I was wondering if it’s required to have professional work/employment experience?? I’ve only done some volunteer work so I’m just wondering if that would set me behind other applicants
It’s actually encouraged to put volunteer work! I have 3 volunteer work experiences listed and 1 “real” job listed in my app and it’s done the trick for me before! I think it’s more about the skills you hold and the responsibilities you’ve had! :)
hi I’m terrified for the dcp wbi, I haven’t seen a lot of recent tips for it online so do you have any advice/general comments on it to ease my anxious soul? thanks ✨
Hey! I’d definitely say take your time and read each question, sometimes they ask you basically the same question with different wording so make sure you stay consistent in your answers, try not to answer “neutral” on the questions, I think I answered neutral on 1 or 2 and I was fine but try not to do that! It’s better to have strong answers! Good luck!!! Yay!!
Have you worked the children's activities role for DCP? If not, do you know anyone who has?
It’s one of my top roles!! I work at a daycare and coach youth soccer so I would absolutely LOVE to get this role. If you’re part of the Facebook page, I remember not too long ago an alumni of children’s activities posted in the group! If you go to the group and search “children’s activities” I bet her post will come up!! :)
It seems like apps are going to drop the 22nd! If anyone has any questions, send me a message! This will be my 3rd time through the application process! I’ve gone through the entire process both times previously and even got an offer for spring (but declined) so let me know if you have any questions or just want to talk about the app process!!
