It has been a rough and long track season that has came to an end. 8th in CIF State and 12th in country USATF Junior Olympics and numerous medals, backpacks, trophies, so this chapter has closed and new one opens in 21days at Montana State. Always have to thank the people that positively impacted my child and inspired her when others told her that she was good enough. To sum up Alena Chaney senior year in one word was awesome. To end it all of it going out and leaving nothing behind. Wow super proud dad moment and super proud of her. She Left it all on the table. What a day. She took 2nd place 100 meters hurldes to Qualify to masters. 3rd in the long jump to squeeze in for 12 place overall by 1.5 inch. 4 place in triple jump but didn't qualify as well as the 4 x 100 relay. To top it off they were CIF 4 runner up with just two people. Awesome day and sign a full ride schoraship. Priceless. California Relay today. Took first in the 100 meter hurldes went mid 14 and third in long jump. Each race from here on out PR weekly. We had to try the food while we were there. Harlem pizza was good, the UTZ chips were awesome. We drove over to Philly because of boy @team_pba is from Philly and he recommended going to Max's in North Philly. That made the trip worth the while. A Philly cheese steak, mine was with out the cheese. Got chance to see the Rocky statue and the stairs. Got some photos of the building as well. Nice to see some historical stuff while being on the East coast. Out here in New Jersey took me a walk, what I see is the same people here that is Cali. Only difference they freezing there ass off out here.
