I wanted to take some cues from Rahaf's design since I really really like it (also considering they're the official creator lol) and combine it with my original draft of killer's humanized design (which i also really really liked)

yes the hair was very heavily inspired by jabber from gachiakuta. i'm probably gonna try and make it look more unique in the future but as a rough draft i liked the shape of it
he's slightly skinnier than his other variations, since he seems like the kind of guy who forgets to eat
since he can't feel physical pain, i thought it would be cool if he had a ton of piercings, since he wouldnt have to worry about how it feels. however, i feel like they get infected a lot since he can't gauge if its hurting or not
i also originally wanted him to have some tattoos on his arms, but ended up scrapping the idea since it cluttered up the design too much
I was considering black nail polish, but i thought the natural color helped balance out the color palette
none of his clothes quite fit him right - theyre either too big or too small. he doesnt care enough to find stuff that fits him better.
Last year, I befriended a Catholic seminarian. We've gotten to be pretty decent friends. Seeing as he was staying in town for the summer and I wasn't, I entrusted him with caring for my plant.
He did a wonderful job, but as he was returning my plant to my custody, he explained "I watered her every other day, I gave her new dirt, moved her into the sunshine, prayed the rosary-"
"What?"
He looked at me, confused. "Isn't she a plant you pray with?"
"No," I said slowly. "She's a prayer plant. That's the... colloquial name of the plant."
Upon seeing his stricken face, I realized something went wrong. Turns out, this entire time, he's been including my plant in on his prayers and leaving her near icons.
Listen, totally cool. My plant becoming Catholic is a great deal for her not dying over the summer. But now I must navigate this interfaith household. Keep me in your thoughts.

His backstory is still a work in progress, but for now, Mocha doesn't know a whole lot about our world, neither does he really care. He's too fixated on finding a way out and returning to his dimension.
Maybe he'd be more interested if he weren't being actively experimented on and surveillanced 24/7?

Even though it's pretty lonely in his dimension (which he does have a plan to fix), Mocha has zero interest in staying in our realm. He's only ever seen the facility, which was easily enough of a headache for him to lose interest in anything else this dimension has to offer.
