I need to draw but I. Don't know what to draw.
Maybe I'm playing a different game than everyone else but it's really interesting to see what people consider as "canon" to Kris as their own individual person. The fact that when we are given options to speak, one is assumed to be the one Kris would choose. Kris is not a blank slate character to me as much as a vague one, because so much of what we see of them is blurred by our control.
Cartoon noir detective character in my dream last night. What does it mean? Mental illness, probably.
THIRD TIME'S THE CHARM. My commissions are currently OPEN! All listed prices are in CAD. DM for more info.
Kicking legs. Cindy actually being acknowledge at HHN. Nature is healing but also girl, how did you end up here. Where is your dad.
Thinking about the route to the chapter 3 secret boss and its context within the the normal route vs the weird route. Regardless of which path you take, Ramb believes that this is the game Kris would rather be playing.
Is it okay to admit that the scene of Susie and Noelle at the lake makes me tear up
I feel like there's been a lot of wins recently for guys who like noir detectives.
I cannot believe I ever stopped playing ESO. I just watched a pack of 50 werewolves swarm Vulkhel Guard, kill every murderable NPC, and then leave.
Susie is still, by far, the most interesting character in Deltarune to me. I cannot get over the fact that once the facade she presents in the first chapter is stripped back, she becomes just such a. Genuine person. Every single chapter someone new is becoming endeared to her, both in the light and dark world. And it's not like. A full character-180 either, she still has devious, playful tendencies, is still prone to rude jokes and troublemaking, her aesthetics and the way she presents herself have not changed, she's still prone to anger but she. She's learned that it's okay to care and that others can care about her. She's so real she makes me sick. She's just a teenage girl.
SORRY LAST SUSIE POST. Its also sickening to me that the characters who aren't just friends with her, but the ones that see such great potential in her, are the ones that cannot stick around. She befriends Lancer and Tenna, sure, but then there's Gerson and the Flowers. Both take time out of their short, full-fledged existence to aide her specifically. Gerson actively avoids Kris ans Ralsei for the most part, actively choosing one-on-one interactions with Susie to push her and better her.
Gerson's boss fight is not an attack on the whole group like previous secret bosses, but specifically a challenge to test Susie. She briefly gains a mentor, and then has that torn from her by learning he is not an object, but the ashes of a long dead man. She can never truly see him again.
The Flowers, on the other hand, are all aware of her affection for Noelle, and are going out of their ways to try and help her. While Gerson's interactions exist to boost her confidence and aide her in the Dark World, the Flowers aim to improve her life in the light. They want her to love and be loved, more than she already is. Susie is the one so vocally in support of befriending the flowers, and then has those dreams crushed when told that their real life counterparts are too fragile to realistically be kept in Castle Town. They are plants, and cannot live in a dark storage closet.
There's also the aspect that both Gerson and The Flowers are stated to be aware of the prophecy, and by extension, Susie's role in it. But nowhere in the prophecy that we've seen is it stated that they aide her. There is no grand fate binding Susie's growth to these individuals. It's just something about this girl.

I wanted to do a bit drawing of like. Dark World bosses that have an inherent disconnect from their associated lightner but only 3/5 fit that and I need 4.
Interestingly, the two chapters that do not have bosses that cleanly fit into this pattern are Susie-centric? I think most clearly why this doesn't apply is because Toby is deliberately withholding information about aspects of Susie's life. There's implications to be taken from this fact but we do not currently have a direct one-to-one the way, say, Queen and Noelle's relationship is shaped by Noelle's relationship with her mother. Idk.

Undertale is significantly funnier with the knowledge that Sans may have always been intended as "the guy who befriended your mom"
