I bought my first car 13 years ago this month. It was brand new with 7km on the odometer - it hadn’t even been driven on a test drive yet. Over the last 13 years, I’ve travelled all over Canada and the US, from coast to coast, racking up over 256,000 km. Nova Scotia to California, and so many places in between. Without it, I wouldn’t have met some of my favourite people in the whole world. It’s the best thing I’ve ever bought.

Over the past few months, I can feel it starting to creak and groan. Every pothole worries me. It is time to move on.

I’ve got a new car ordered, with a delivery expected around the end of June. I’m very excited to go full electric and I know I’m going to love it. But if felt wrong to move on without acknowledging how special this car is to me.

After a bit of a break, I’m thinking I’d like to start organizing sessions again!

If I’m at an event, I’m usually pretty open to pick-up play. So in that case, it’s just a matter of letting me know you are interested, and then finding a time that works!

For one-on-one meetups, there’s a bit more of a process. Typically I look for people with some kind of online presence so I can start to get a feel for who they are, what they are interested in, and if we’d be a good match. If there’s a mutual attraction, I try to setup a video call or in-person meetup over coffee or lunch. This is pretty low key, but it helps me see that you are a real person, and start to develop at least some level of comfort with each other.

If that all goes well, I like to ask them to fill out my Google Form to see what type of session they are looking for! This is one of my favourite parts because I can start to imagine how things might go 😉

And then from there it’s a matter of planning out all the details! I can sometimes host at my place, or we can go to theirs, or find a hotel.

That’s the general process. Sometimes things go differently for various reasons. Sometimes life gets in the way and it doesn’t all come together. But it’s super special when it does!

I keep thinking about hosting a free-use tickle pet for a weekend. I want to keep them in some form of bondage the entire time (wrist cuffs at a minimum). Game idea:

2-4 Lees tied up

There is a spinning wheel to randomize a collection of challenges ranging in difficulty from ‘receive a raspberry’ to ‘5 minutes of non-stop tickling on your death spot’

I spin the wheel for each Lee in turn. When the Lee sees their challenge, they can choose to endure it or choose a different Lee to take it instead. The Lee they choose has to take it 😈

Once a Lee survives 5 challenges, they are freed to help me dish out the remaining challenges.

Once there is only one Lee left, they have to endure all remaining challenges from all other players. I sure hope they didn’t give away any of the hard challenges because I bet some people are itching for revenge 😇
