Hello, everyone, Mod S here. Recently I made some posts about my personal struggles with a certain current member of the group. While such issues might be important, I realize after some thought that the group blog isn't the place to air slights and grievances, and that such impulsive behavior reflects poorly on me as a mod. Please accept my very sincere apologies for the offense my actions may have caused, and please forgive my ill considered outbursts on the matter. As one who is all for keeping Crossroads London a comfortable, stress and argument free place, I hope that no unrest will be perpetuated, and that business will continue as usual. :) You have my word that no other such disturbances will take place.

Hello everyone, Mod R here. I'd like to take a moment to put any questions or worries to rest, and to acknowledge the recent (now removed) posts by Mod S and the post in our tags brought by a former member.

First and foremost I'd like to say that this community is a safe and loving place for all members. I'd like to apologize personally for Mod S's indiscretion. Personally attacking members of this community is absolutely unacceptable, and is certainly not the behavior a Moderator should be exercising. 

Crossroads London, previously known as "Slivered Mirror" and the "Hellstream," I'm sad to say, does not have a history of being a pleasant environment. Mod C and I are doing all we can to rectify this. Though we'll never be able to fix what has transpired in our history, we can enforce a no-tolerance policy for it now.

There will be absolutely no personal attacks, nor will we allow public disputes to be reflected on this blog. Every member of course has the right to refuse interaction with another member. We encourage this, if the alternative is hostile communication. The place for that is in your personal blogs or other messaging services, out of the tags and between only the involved parties, if it must be at all.

If someone in the community is making you uncomfortable, please notify both Mod C and myself and we will discuss the steps to take. We strive to keep the community safe and fun for everyone. If you absolutely cannot stand contact with a member for personal reasons, block them and blacklist them.

We can all be mature about our arguments, there is no need to try dragging anyone through the mud. That is bullying, and will not be permitted. This is all that will be said on the matter.
