Weekend Warrior Days 12-14
I started the Max Phase on a Thursday just right before the weekend. I have bundles of energy during the day and I've been noticing I've been sleeping better at night. I used to wake up about 4-6 times during the night and now I'm noticing I usually wake-up around 3am and 6am. I
This weekend was a real test for me I have to admit. Work has been very hectic and stressful trying to close out 2 short months in a row. I decided to have a glass of wine on Friday night unwind a little and just enjoy company with friends. Saturday I ate well during the day, but went to my brothers for dinner that night. He made turkey on the grill which is really healthy, but he also made some mac n cheese...my absolute weakness. We ate much later than planned that night, so I decided to have a little spoonful. My first helping of dairy/cheese in 13 days! It was good, but today I've been regretting it all day. I had a nice healthy salad for lunch today to try and make up for it.Ā
I'm starting to really notice what certain types of food do to my body. Cheese/Dairy is one thing that makes me bloated and uncomfortable. I'm definitely going to work on keeping it very minimal in my diet to see how it changes my body over time.
Saturday morning I did Jillian's Body Revolution Disc 5 which is my go-to when it's too cold to run or raining.
I'm looking forward to getting all track this week. Working out and eating clean!

Day 11-Max Phase
Welp, I made it! This day has finally arrived. Everyone has been telling me how great I was gonna feel when I reached this day and they were riiiggghht!
I had a lot more energy. I didnāt feel like I needed any caffeine this morning. I just woke up took my packets and started my day with a meal replacement shake. I had 3 hard boiled eggs for my a.m. snack and at lunch I had a 6in sub from Subway. So nice to have some bread! Iām not going to eat it everyday, but I wanted to treat myself for making it through the cleanse phase, whole-grain of course! That held me over for a long time. I had catalyst and a Spark before my 3 mile run on the treadmill. I felt like I could have ran at least 5 miles, but I was super bored. Today was a very productive day and Iām looking forward to tomorrow and the weekend. Goodnight lovers.
