Back on Meal Prep
This week I prepped my meals mainly because I really don’t have the funds to buy lunch everyday, and I want to control my eating at the same time.
So this week I made spaghetti with homemade sauce, and garlic saute green beans. Black beans and rice with salad, and not shown a Soba noodle salad.
I also decided to start taking the IASO detox tea again and really stick to it this time. I would always get some results the first week and then fall off. This coming week I will be adding some cardio and yoga to the mix to get my body moving. I am looking to get myself some better habit before 2018 rolls around and get as many people on board with me.
