He heard today had been someone's birthday. The doctor had bake a cake secretly while the woman was away and discussed the little details of a celebration with Naomi. The moment Jackie returns home, a loud POP exploded and strippers were all over the place. Libra walks in and places a chaste kiss on her cheek. "Happy Birthday, Jackie. A man never asks a woman her age, so I'll leave it at that."

24th birthday // 11.29.2018

The female expects absolutely nothing to occur when shefinally makes her way home later that day.

Arms currently laden to the brim with a medley of presents and colorfulballoons – the entirety of which she’d had thrust upon her by friends that ( unlikeherself ) had not forgotten herbirthday – it was without wonder that the DJ was in fact feeling entirely spent and exhausted. Happy. Content. Blissful and giggly, even. But tired.

Her own colleagues and friends were not necessarily theposter kids for restraint, and so theenergy levels had been off the charts today; as it usually was whenever anyonehad a birthday among them. She was grateful for the deluge of theirexcitement, but also – she’d felt very much like she needed a whole weekendaway to sleep all this craziness off. Or even better, spend a nice and peacefulnight in with Libra and Naomi in order to recharge completely.

Or she could be a little stir herself crazy and do both at once. Spontaneity was the spice of life, after all, and i was a Thursday.

Who said the birthday girl couldn’t treat herself and herfamily to a whole impromptu weekend off?

So she muses to herself, a light laugh upon velvet lips asshe makes her way to the door with a renewed energy to her step; fumbling with thelock for but a short moment, swinging the door open before finally – finally –

“Hey, I’m home – “

The words have so barely left her lips before the female is so suddenly cut off by the sound of a clear POP, the noise startling enough that Jackie abruptlyshoves herself backwards and right into the door frame, a sharp eep escapingpast her lips – just as a shower of vibrant confetti and streamers rain down upon her frame, blindingher for just a few short moments, volley of color soon settling only for her eyes to soon fall upon the pairthat’d so happily set the party cracker off in the first place.

The vivid smile that quickly quirks upon her lips is bright, effervescent and absolutely instantaneous.

“Oh my god!” An amused peal of laughter rings through the air as female curls into herself at the sight, confetti clinging to her hair and skin as a bright blush floods along her cheeks; the festivity of the moment finally appearing to sink into her as she seemingly overflows in pure merriment, her eyes glimmering in glee. “Goddess, you guys sure know how to get a girl’s heart racing!”

And Jackie giggles in clear amusement as Naomi soon runs forwardto tackle her in a hug, a hand falling open to soon release a flurry of balloonsonly for it to land upon the back of her head; a short conversation exchanged amidstsmiles – before the younger female acquires half of the DJ’s acquired gifts andruns, loud exclamation following as efforts soon turned to prepping up for thesmall party they’d so thoughtfully prepared for her.

There’s a warm light still aglow within her eyes when she finallyturns to greet the blonde; a titter of amusement ushered beneath her breath asshe winks at his words, flush blossoming all the more at the gentle kiss. “You’re too kind,though I do believe it might be about right for you to be at least entirelysure you’re not accidentally dating a minor. I know my height leaves much to bedesired at times.” A teasing grin as she leans up and into his frame, the softbrush of velvet lips grazing against his jawline for a tender peck. “I’m twentyfour, for future reference, and probably will remain twenty four for the nextremainder of my life. We’ll see how I feel about it next year, alright?”

Commissions?

If any of you follow me on other social media, you’ll know that I am at my wit’s end with my job currently. I won’t go into the details, but the job hunt has proven unsuccessful for months. I’m desperate for other opportunities.

One such option I am considering is doing Commissions full time. However, this is only feasible if I can garner enough interest for it. Additionally, I know it’s risky because Paypal recently updated their terms to no longer protect Sellers when it comes to digital products. I’m not sure if there’s a good way around this or a solution anyone has found.

If you would potentially be seriously interested in commissioning me (not just for Fire Emblem, I promise), please like this post so I can gauge interest. Reblogs to signal boost are also appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

Dresses in only white and silver, the priest appears around the corner with his hair braided unusually fancily. ❝Are you... alone?❞ by 'alone', there wasn't any ill-meaning behind his words.

— Though he had been waiting for them, his patience was everlasting. He had been busy pondering about the current happening whilst leaning against one of the pillars. His brows had been knit together as if he had been deep in thought, his eyes hollow for a long while.

However, when he heard a familiar voice, a look of surprise grew, and he was quick to look to his side. His eyes slowly grew alight, and his expression softened in an instant once he caught onto who it was that was before him. His shoulders relaxed, and he took calm strides over to close the distance between them.

“Not anymore, since you’re here.” He whispered under his breath. Reaching into his pocket, he slide out a long white ribbon with golden embroideries. The words ‘naga’s light will guide you’ was carefully sewn in it. He had requested it to be made specifically for the blonde before the masquerade.

“Pardon me.” He muttered and, with care, he raised one of their wrists. He tied the ribbon loosely around it, making sure not to have libra feel uncomfortable.

Red and white. Now they matched, in a way.

“I was right about the ribbon..though, I suppose it would be better to tie around the braid.” He smiled.

“..Thank you, for being here.”

Today, a year ago I official open Robin blog to the public, publishing my first post and official starting to rp as Robin. Time really flies, it doesn’t feel like a year to me at all.

A lot of things change. People come and go. I got a better inside on the fandom and the series as a whole. Even to certain characters, I wouldn’t have to pay much mind to either.

Even I change, earlier followers probably remember how nervous I was on taking the role of Robin. What new followers can’t go - they weren’t supposed to gender from the get-go, this was just a discussion along the way and I do not regret it.
