Different crystals and their magickal uses
Just like with my post on herbs, this isn’t going to have every single kind of crystal out there in existence (there’s so many!). Most of these here are going to be the kinds that I have (or at least have written in my grimoire) and utilize in my craft. I will probably go over how I use these different crystals in another future post.
Sodalite: Communication, self-expression, and truth.
Clear Quartz: Awareness, protection, good health, amplifying the energy of other crystals, healing, clarity, and helps restore and release energy.
Rose Quartz: Unconditional love, emotional healing, compassion, self-love, helps with both getting over traumatic events and deals with matters of the heart. (Don’t leave this in the sunlight or else the color will fade!)
Aventurine: Prosperity, well-being, and good luck.
Smoky Quartz: Grounding and banishing negative energy.
Red Jasper: Strength, honesty, stability, and grounding.
Bloodstone: Helps with depression and sadness.
Snowflake Obsidian: Spiritual protection, banishes negativity, and helps you to accept things as they are.
Citrine: Brightness and positive energy. (Don’t leave this one out in the sun either, it dulls the color).
Amethyst: Intuition, balance, peace, wisdom, and sleep.
Amazonite: Confidence, self-love, creative expression.
Tiger’s Eye: Willpower, warrior’s spirit, and self-meditation.
Black Tourmaline: Protection, banishing, and security.
Carnelian: Passion, sensuality, and creativity.
Lapis Lazuli: Brings creativity, truthfulness, intuition, manifestation, wisdom, promote organization, overcome shyness, and helpful for depression. (This one is a new personal favorite of mine).
Ocean Jasper: Soothing and helps with self love and loving others, brings peace of mind and patience.
Pyrite: For success and wealth. (Useful for money magick, but please be careful).
Moonstone: Intuition, safe travel, and sensuality.
