the moniker of this area of new york should speak for itself. it's been tandy's home for many years now , having taken it upon herself to settle here alongside tyrone & rid the city of its criminal infestations one by one. often enough , she'll work in step with her fellow heroes and / or vigilantes , especially when tyrone's become a victim to episodes of debilitation from the dark force & she can't help. it's become a bit more frequent lately . . . her inability to do little to aid his suffering besides granting him floods of dagger's light. it calms the darkforce's physical toll , but the mental & emotional damage isn't something her powers can fix with the flick of her wrist.

even now , with her light daggers keeping some recently apprehended thugs suspended against the brick wall of a shop ( she's going to have to gift a little cash as an apology for the multitude of cracks ) , her mind's distracted by the small , flashing traces of tyrone's pain , linked together by their subconscious , cosmic bond.

' but you should see the other guys. something between bemusement & endeared coats tyrone's words , tall frame situated against the doorframe as sight lingers across his companion. scanning , as if to seek out any additional wounds that were missed when cleaning up the night prior , & perhaps . . . to admire her silhouette that glows at the forefront of early morning rays. it hasn't been lost on tyrone that his new , unforeseen partner - in - stopping - crime is attractive . . . very much so. especially under the golden spread of light that's seemed to claim the way her form leans against the counter so nonchalantly.

it's enough to force a gulp down tyrone's throat , the hollow of its inside dry & seeking moisture.

between relationships , tandy isn't immune to a few one night stands here & there. she's a grown woman who has needs that can't be satiated by herself sometimes y'know? i think it's also easier for her , than full relationships of course. it's a little hard to split her attention sometimes -- between her ancient alter ego , her vigilante crime fighting , & the weird soul - bond with tyrone that is so awkward to explain to any person who'd be pursuing her. all that to say . . it is pretty possible to end up with tandy in your arms if you play your cards right & are her type! friends with benefits are bit easier to handle , as long as everyone stays on the same page. tandy's had the disdain of ending a dynamic or two like that in the past ; the attraction tends to become too strong , which is partly a side effect of her light.

tyrone is. less accustomed to simple hook - ups. i mean , it's draining enough as it is to keep a physical form when he's low on light. people also . . . tend to be frightful of him once they realize who he / his alter ego is. pleasure isn't something that tyrone is used to anymore. his heart is consistently hanging by a thread on his sleeve ; he'd much rather get to know someone emotionally , get a crush , fall for them , than the latter. he wants a relationship. he wants to love & loved in return. however! that is not to say that a no strings attached situation couldn't happen with ty. it will just be . . a little bit harder to convince him it'd be a good idea. he knows himself. strings would probably eventually form , especially if it becomes something that happens more than once. it's the matter of whether or not he'd let them know that.

warmth blossoms within the hollow of her chest , not unlike the life - giving light she so bestows upon others. even if the core of wanda's power breeds chaos , as ancient & primordial as it is , tandy feels no fear or threat in her proximity. her inner dagger responds in a way that is something close to familial. recognizable & understood -- something tells her that tyrone's abilities would react in a kin manner.
