my name is Thalia, im a transgender single mum living in a small overcrowded attic flat with my 2yo son. After my abuser left my son and I last year, we found ourselves homeless for 4 months and had to move to another county, im 117 miles from my family and 65miles from my friends. Since the move ive faced non-stop of financial problems, im currently on the waiting list to go into social housing due to our home being too small and being so far from any support but i don’t get enough money to save for deposits, bills, etc, while also paying the current rent and bills as well as food, nappies and clothing for my son as i lost all my savings while we were homeless, i also have so little money toward the end of each month that i have to skip meals in order to save.
Ive always been bad at asking for help but my son and i are desperate. Any donations, regardless of size would mean the world to us, even just a share to boost this would be really hugely appreciated.
