A solution for the US teen takeover problem:

Fine the parents and guardians each time their kid is caught in a takeover. Add an additional fine if they’re caught after curfews are enacted and there is no reasonable explanation for their child being outside, without an adult, after curfew.

Because no one can make me understand how all of these children are outside raising hell and damaging property at 10/11 at night. Where are the caretakers?

Yes I understand people have to work. But working doesn’t mean neglect your duties as a parent/guardian.
