I tried shifting last light and for the first time in a year I genuinely felt my surroundings change but then I focused on the physical and got pulled back 😭 anyways thank you so much @evvlevie I was reading over your post and it’s the first piece of shifting advice to ever help me but that’s just cus I’ve been stuck on shiftok 😭
