If Leo (tottmnt Leo I mean) was ever going to choose one of his brothers as leader, Who do you think he'll choose?
(Personally, I think Mikey could be an option, especially in this incarnation of the turtlings, but I want to read your opinion about It.)

To make up for it, I'll try to make this a somewhat long post hehe.
As for your question, I've actually answered it indirectly in an older post. I think a good candidate to lead the turtles would be Donnie... although after thinking about it a bit more, my opinion has changed somewhat.
Donnie has shown leadership qualities, such as creating plans, being mature, and acting as a great strategist. In some ways, he might even be a better strategist than Leo
And honestly, Leo would probably see Donnie as a good leader because, well... he's smart lol
However, I think Donnie has a flaw that isn't explored very deeply. he doesn't seem to be very emotionally intelligent
In S1E11, Donnie openly admits that he's not very good with feelings, and the only way he managed to cheer Wingnut up was because they happened to share common interests (still, he at least cheer her up before that moment, so, he can get better in all the "feelings thing").
Also, during his Season 2 arc I question the fact that he went looking for Wingnut by himself knowing it would most likely be a very dangerous situation. It seemed like Donnie was still somewhat upset with his brothers and that may have influenced his decision.
If we translate that into an extremely dangerous or highly stressful situation that involves his brothers, it's very possible that Donnie would feel the weight of leadership even more heavily. And if he loses morale, the whole group could lose morale as well, which could be devastating
Mikey, on the other hand...
Has a great deal of emotional maturity. His innocence could sometimes make him vulnerable to enemies who appear friendly or harmless, but he's someone who could easily take on Leo's role as an inspiration to the team, keeping morale high and staying level-headed when important decisions need to be made
A great example is the final episode of Season 2, where he literally made his brothers cry.
On top of that, he deserves credit for being extremely athletic and strong, and with enough dedication, I think he could even surpass Leo's technical skills.
So, in conclusion, I think Mikey could be a great leader. After him, I'd place Donnie, and finally Raph. I absolutely love Raph, but let's be honest... he probably wouldn't make the best leader
Honestly, your opinion was excellent and made me reflect on this for quite a while. In fact, now I'm considering making a post ranking the Point Grey turtles based on how good of a leader each of them would be hehe.
