001. for starters, i'm mutuals only. i will only interact with those who follow me and who i follow in return. if i don't follow you, please don't send in ic asks or like starter/plotting calls. you are more than welcome to send in ooc asks though, especially if you wish to know more about everyone's favorite clown pirate, buggy (: anon is on but that is a privilege. don't abuse it. i also rarely follow first simply because i don't want to accidentally trigger someone because i do not tag buggy and not everyone remembers to put every single trigger they have in their rules (i know i forget sometimes).

002. my buggy is a blend of manga, anime, and live action in order to cater to everyone! i have watched all of buggy's anime appearances and read all of his manga appearances, so i really don't mind spoilers for anything else.

003. due to the nature of this blog (and the age of the mun) please be 18+. if you aren't i will hardblock. nothing against you, but i'm 25+ and there is no reason for me to be talking to minors on the internet.

004. i am multiverse! i love just throwing my muses into different fandoms and buggy's no different. so if your muse isn't of the one piece universe, that's fine!

005. please do not drag me into any drama. just don't. there is a chance i will unfollow you if you vague post about someone constantly and if you are constantly participating in callout posts. i understand sometimes callout posts are necessary but i don't want to see them constantly. i do blacklist callout tw.

006. i tag all major triggers (when i can remember too). if i miss a tag or don't tag something specific, please let me know nicely and i will tag it. i do not tag clowns. my n.sfw tag is either suggestive // or nsfw //. blacklist both if you want :)

@fractiscruentamorte / shanks: Shanks throws a fake arm at Buggy and goes "Do you need a hand? I got one to spare." Shanks looks to Buggy a proud grin on his face at the stupid joke.

the fake arm hits buggy in the back of the head with a light thud before landing on the ground behind him. there was a few seconds of silence as the clown slowly turned to look at what shanks had thrown at him. there wasn't any given emotion as he eyed it for a moment, contemplating his own sweet revenge.

he looked up, a massive grin plastered on his painted lips. it was not a friendly smile. there was a little kick given to the fake arm causing it to roll a little toward shanks. ❝ you need it more than i do. ❞ he smugly responded, quite pleased with his own remark.

buggy took a few more steps forward, kicking the fake arm each time closer toward shanks. he stopped several feet away, nodding slowly. ❝ look behind you. ❞

The retort only made him laugh. It was the same as always wasn't it? Despite not having seen each other for years, their dynamic was still similar, or at least it felt like it.

The next accusation however made him frown. He didn't mind the mild insults, used to them coming from the clown, but to have him actually accuse him of potential murder stung. "I would never and you know that!" Yes, people changed, but that Buggy would really think of him like that...they had been apprentices together, shared so many memories.

"I don't know who did it. I was busy fishing you out of the water in the first place!" And he would do so again without hesitation. They may not be on the same crew anymore, but he still cared for Buggy. "Again: If I would want to take you out in any way, I would have never helped you in the first place!" He crossed his arms in front of his chest, glaring lightly at the other. "You could at least say thank you, you know?"

seeing shanks frown caused him to hesitate. perhaps he went too far. buggy didn't think shanks would have done something like that. he did just save him. that would be a bit counteractive. the clown was just irritated and it was unfortunate that the red-haired pirate was still in his line of sight. ❝ i didn't... i'm sor—. ❞ he cut himself off, unable to apologize. the accusation might have been too much but buggy seemed to refuse wanting to apologize to his former friend. he'd stop feeling bad about it in a few minutes anyway.

it couldn't have been shanks. that was a bit of a far-fetched idea to begin with.

❝ i didn't ask you to save me! you just jumped in! you do this every time! what is it with you?! oh no, my friend, i have to save him! ❞ there was a pause. ❝ i'm not your friend anymore and i am not going to thank you. ❞ once again a little harsh. there was a subtle slump in his shoulders as he eyed the other for a second. he simply could not figure out why shanks continued to be nice to him, even when buggy was not shy in letting him know how he felt.

❝ ugh, you are beyond annoying. ❞ he mumbled a little. ❝ well, i have to find out who did this, so you can either stand there or you can help. ❞
